Sabrina Beaver

MPP Candidate '26

Sabrina Beaver is a first year MPP student at the Harris School of Public Policy. Her areas of interest include authoritarianism, institutional transition, and the study of the economic legacy of conflict.

Prior to her studies at the University of Chicago, Sabrina worked at Franklin Templeton’s Global Macro fund as a research associate covering Central Europe and the Former Soviet States. In this role, she provided insights on the economies, politics, and institutions of her coverage region to inform multi-year investments. 

Sabrina completed her BA in International Relations - Economics with a minor in Russian at Wellesley College, during which studied abroad in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. At Wellesley, Sabrina was a member of the International Relations Council Journal and the Multifaith Committee.
