Haiti Policy House 

Wolf Pamphile is the Founder behind Haiti Policy House, a Washington research institute and organization focused on promoting policy reforms and driving developmental progress in Haiti. His leadership has transformed Haiti Policy House into a key forum for discussion, advocacy, and action on critical national issues. 

Over the past decade, Pamphile has spearheaded various volunteer-driven initiatives to aid Haitian migrants in Brooklyn, NY. Notably, in 2021, he collaborated with elected officials to create an immigration clinic for Haitians impacted by the Rio Grande border crisis. Prior to establishing Haiti Policy House, Pamphile served at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where he oversaw congressional outreach, strategic planning, data analytics, and performance evaluation programs. His tenure included travel to Uganda, Rwanda, Ghana, and Nigeria. 

Born and raised in Cap-Haitien, Haiti, Pamphile relocated to Brooklyn, NY, with his family at the age of 14. His educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies from NYC College of Technology CUNY and a Master's degree in International Affairs from Baruch College CUNY, focusing on comparative analyses between Haiti and similarly challenged countries. Additionally, Pamphile pursued studies in international business management at the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. 

Pamphile's diverse background and commitment to Haitian development continue to drive his work, making significant impacts through Haiti Policy House.
