Shadi Abu Sneida

Shadi Abu Sneida is a humanitarian working with UN High Commissioner for Refugees in Yemen. He specializes in communications and public information. He previously worked for Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) in Sana’a, Yemen.
From 2012 to 2018, Abu Sneida produced short films about societal issues in Yemen, mainly about youth and women empowerment. He is also an author of a novel, Fadwa, published in Beirut. Fadwa discusses the plight of refugees in the Middle East.
Abu Sneida’s writings, photos, and videos on displacement in Yemen have contributed to humanitarian updates and reports.
