Blessed Nkunika is a First Year MPP student hailing from Lusaka, Zambia in Southern Africa. In his professional career period of about 19yrs Zambia has had 5 presidents and three political regimes all who have had a variety of policy stances and shifts whose essence remains a topic of contention. Having operated as; an Independent Consultant, in the banking and Finance Industry and in Quasi-Government he has been able to first hand witness a variety of models of policy across different political regimes and how a variety of cross sections of society have been affected or disaffected.

Prior to pursuit of the MPP he operated as an Independent Consultant with combined experience of over 15 years. He operated in fields of Banking and Finance with experience in Commercial Banking, wholesale and institutional banking, Corporate Banking, Treasury Management, Economic Analysis, Business Development, Portfolio Management, Investment, Strategy. He has worked in various capacities in the commercial banking world such as Head Corporate Banking, Head Treasury and acted as Chief Commercial Officer.

Blessed also serves as a Non Exec Board Member of the Patents and Companies Registration Authority (PACRA) of Zambia a statutory body under the Ministry of Commerce trade and Industry. He is Vice Chair Person of the Board and Chairperson of the Administration and Operations Committee.

Blessed holds an MBA from the Henley Business School, University of Reading and a BBA from the Barton School of Business, Wichita State University.
